It’s now easier to control which clients can use which pick-up locations, ideal for businesses with multiple sites or region-specific logistics.
What’s new?
You can now assign pick-up addresses to specific companies, giving you greater control over the ordering experience for each client. This means companies will only see the pick-up options relevant to them.
Assigning pick-up addresses – two easy ways
1. From the company edit page
When editing a company, you’ll see a list of available pick-up addresses. Simply tick the ones you want this company to access.
2. From the pick-up address edit page
You can also control access from the pick-up address itself. When editing an address, select which companies should be able to use it. This is especially useful if you’re adding a new location and want to assign it to multiple clients at once.
Why this matters
Prevents clients from choosing incorrect or unavailable pick-up points.
Streamlines logistics and order fulfilment.
Helps support region-specific or contract-specific operations.
