We’ve just rolled out updates to make ordering faster, logging in easier, and checkouts more flexible.
1. Category & subcategory layout improvements
Ordering is now clearer and more structured, so your staff always know what they can order and when allocation limits apply.
- Categories and subcategories are displayed more consistently on the order screen.
- Products can sit either directly within a category or within one of the subcategories.
- Each category shows allocations (if being used) so users always know what’s available.
- It’s now much clearer when there isn’t enough allocation to order a product.
See examples:
The following all use the same products, just organised differently using categories and sub categories.

2. Impersonation login – simplified
We’ve simplified impersonation login so you can quickly step into your client’s view without worrying about selecting the wrong company.
The company is now automatically selected based on the address you use to login. This makes impersonating a client more straightforward and avoids mistakes when checking their front-end experience.
3. Guest checkout – multi-country option
Guest checkout now supports both Australia and New Zealand delivery addresses, giving your clients more flexibility without extra setup.
This means you can now allow customers to select Australia, New Zealand or both as delivery destinations to give you greater flexibility when selling across both markets.
