Get WorkGear Updates & New Features: June 2024

Big news, Get WorkGear users! We’ve been busy crafting exciting new features to enhance your experience. These updates are designed to make managing your uniform program easier than ever. Let’s explore what awaits!

Time is money, so we’ve added some features to the admin to make it quicker for you to create Roles and manage Products with those Roles.

Edit Products Directly From The Role

When viewing the products within a Role, it may be that the Product needs updating. You may need to change the price, add another color, add another size or change the enhancement.

To do this, all you need to do is click on the SKU and edit the Product as required. Come back to the Product in the Role and edit the Product to add the new colors, sizes and enhancements you may have added. The price change will automatically show.

Clicking the product SKU will open a new window with the product details.

Copy Roles

When you’re setting up a Company that has a lot of Roles, and the Roles have similar products, we’ve created a Copy Role feature that will speed up this process.

When copying a role, you can give it a name and set the role to be for Staff or for a Branch.

After copying a Role, you can edit the Allocations and Products as required.

Copy Products

We’ve added a new feature to the Copy Products function. All enhancements are now carried over in the process, so there’s no need to re-create any enhancements.

Whenever you copy a product, you can also assign a new SKU.
