Tip Of the Day: Freight Set Up Options

Tips and Advice to Consider When Setting Up Freight Options

Freight costs are set up on the Branch pages. A single branch can have multiple delivery addresses, and each address can have a different freight charge associated with it.
Uniform Management System Branch Primary Address
If on the company page you have set the payment option to “On account”, it is common for stores to set freight to $0, with a comment added at checkout stating that freight will be calculated on the invoice.
Uniform Management System Company Checkout Page
To add flexibility for your client you can allow them to add delivery addresses at the checkout stage. This is great when you have clients where their location is regularly changing. To set this up, tick “Staff can enter custom delivery addresses” on the company page for your client.
